Can you believe it I've posted 100 blogs. Wow. Thats a lot. In honor of this being my 100th blog I made a little list.... Not sure what really compelled me to do it and once I started I hated myself for it because I had a really hard time thinking of 100 things. None the less it's done, it's here, and it's all for your reading pleasure!

100 Things About Me and Nate

1. I love our website. I love figuring out how to do cool new things to it all on my own (even if learning HTML makes me a bit of a nerd.)
2. I honestly believe that my daughter is by far the cutest AND most well-behaved baby in the whole world. I wonder what I'll think after the second is born...
3. Nate MUST have routines and schedules or his life is a mess. I sometimes wish I could live like that, but can't.
4. I often feel the need to defend just about anything, even in casual conversation like "Blue's (from the color code) are usually Christmas fanatics" and I jump in and...
5. I hate confrontation.
6. I am kind of hypersensitive. When I am given criticism, even if it is constructive, I get defensive and don't even know it. Working on that one...
7. We go through blue Gatorade at our house like its water.
8. The only soda Nate or I will ever drink is probably the worst one. Mtn. Dew
9. Worse yet, I actually crave Mt. Dew when I'm pregnant.
10. Sometimes I get jealous of Nate because he can drink it without thinking of being pregnant or nursing and he has one almost every day at work.
11. Nate's family used to have Saturday morning cleaning parties.
12. Shopping for Tayla is way more fun than shopping for myself, Everything looks good on her and we don't have to try anything on.
13. When I go to the bathroom in the middle of the night I will never turn on a light.
14. But I'm scared to look at myself in the mirror when it's dark, I don't know why. I always make a point to turn my head as far from the mirror as possible.
15. I'm very proud of Tayla's scrapbook, maybe too proud and love to show it off.
16. Whenever I go to my parents house I want otter pops. And I eat like 6 at a time so that I can have every flavor.
17. Nate likes Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice cream more than anyone I know, including me!
18. I'm pretty sure I'm obsessed with email. I check it all day whether I'm ecpecting something or not.
19. My hair was the same for all of jr. high, high school, and college. I cut it after I got married, and now plan to go back to what it "used" to be.
20. I have also done my makeup the same way, with essentially the same colors, for just as long. (that is when I do my makeup besides mascara)
21. Nate could spend a whole week in the garage and never complain. I usually never know what he's been doing other than making noise.
22. When I find something I like at a restaurant (or fast food) I order it every time I go.
23. Nate hates how girls elbows turn "inside out".
24. Whenever I drive Nate's car I am terrified of scraping his rims when I park next to a curb.
25. I have used the same deodorant (Secret, shower fresh) since day one.
26. I started using that kind because I was given a free sample at Raging waters when I was just a wee girl.
27. A smell worse than any other is an old washcloth in the sink. And the smell sticks to you if you touch it.
28. I like to shell m&m's in my mouth and get all the chocolate out. Then I eat the shell.
29. If the water would stay really hot, I could spend forever in the shower just standing and letting the water run down my back.
30. I refuse to let anyone pop my toes. It makes me cringe.
31. However I can pop my knuckles by just making a fist. That makes Nate cringe.
32. Nate can't stand for his ear to be folded not even for a minute.
33. I would love to live a simple life. Middle of nowhere, acres of land, crops, animals, homecooking, family activities, etc. Non of this TV, internet mumbo jumbo.
34. When I was into photography I had a very hard time switching to digital. I still miss the natural power I had in the darkroom.
35. I just can't seem to get into digital scrapbooking. It's fun to play with (and I do) but I'll never print it out and use it. I want the tecture from paper and brads and ribbon!
36. I love summer, I don't think I ever get too hot.
37. Nate however is always hot, sometimes I'm jealous, sometimes it drives me crazy and makes me annoyed.
38. My family always drinks milk with dinner and our sunday dinners are pretty mellow centered around Tayla.
39. Nate's family always drinks water with dinner and their sunday dinners are loud and crazy (guess thats the difference between 2 kids and 5 kids)
40. Nate sleeps with a pillow wrapped around his head and an air filter on.
41. I sleep on my stomach and prefer the silence.
42. Nate believes in 15 minute power naps, and it always works for him. He always gets to take naps.
43. I believe in naps lasting as long as they possible can. If they are short, I'm cranky. I never get to take naps.
44. I hate doing laundry because then I have to put it away. I'm always very proud of myself when I do the laundry.
45. Nate hates cooking. If it weren't for me he would have cereal 3 meals a day, and I'm not too sure that he would complain.
46. When there is a lot of housework to do or a lot of anything to do I easily get overwhelmed and don't do anything. I don't know where to start so I don't. I usually need someone to help me get me started.
47. Nate hates everything cherry flavored, EVERYTHING!
48. I high school I invented foldable skiis and snowboards, I am certain I really could have made a lot of money.
49. I think I was a very interesting person when I was younger. I had lots of talents and hobbies. I'm not sure where they have all gone. I'm really boring now.
50. Nate wears the same type of pants, shoes, and shirt everyday. EVERYDAY!
51. I have visited 10 different countries.
52. I have a nervous habit of picking my lips. I hate it but I can't seem to stop. I don't even realize when I'm doing it.
53. Raspberry Ice Crystal light is one of my favorite drinks, which is strange because i used to not really care for it.
54. I love doing thinkgs for other people, it makes me feel good but sometimes I have done things in hopes of asomething in return.
55. I've been trying to think of an embarrassing moment but I can't. Most of them are still secret from some people.
56. When I wear slippers and go up and down the stairs too fast I ALWAYS trip. I have to cocentrate really hard.
57. Nate has a fetish with labeling things with a label maker. He even wanted to put labels on the outside of the dresser drawers.
58. Sometimes I just forget to eat and forget that dinner does occur every day.
59. I really like being social, I miss it. I need more friends.
60. Nate wouldn't care if I was the only person he knew. He doesn't like being social. Some might call him a hermit wannabe.
61. I really miss my mom when she is out of town but a little part of me likes it because then I get to go to dinner with my dad (usually).
62. Nate has an addiction that comes and goes, playing Oblivion. I like it when it's gone.
63. I also have an addiction that comes and goes, playing mahjongg. I get more done when it's gone.
64. I hate that I don't like nuts in Ice cream. So many good flavors but they always add nuts so I won't eat them.
65. I think I hear sirens at least twice a day in Lehi. What the heck is wrong with this place?
66. I have a large amount of guilt over things that I shouldn't or don't matter.
67. Electric toothbrushes tickle my nose so bad that I refuse to use them.
68. I love the holidays and I love festive dressing, I'm a little too old though so I make my daughter do it:)
69. My hands and feet are always cold as are Taylas.
70. Nates skin is always hot, I use him to warn up my hands.
71. I hate throwing away food even if I know it's never going to get eaten by us, it just kills me!
72. Nate throws a lot away when I'm not looking, food, junk that I've kept, all kinds of things; I secretly always know but I like that he is doing it not me.
73. I cannot for the life of me bring myself to ever turn off my phone. I often don't answer it but I always want/need to know who's calling.
74. When I was little I stole a whole jar of Marshmellow cream from the pantry with the plans of eating it all. It wasn't as good as I thought and I hide it under my bed til one day my mom found it.
75. I have one foot that is bigger than the other and it's like a whole inch or something. It's a HUGE difference; I'll show you if you ask nicely.
76. Nate has 16 ties. I think I have only seen him wear 4 and two were because I begged him to.
77. Sometimes I leave Tayla in her crib for a long time, she's content playing with her animals and I like the time.
78. Most of Nate's favorite snacks are things I hate, cottage cheese, mushrooms, sour cream on something. Yuck!
79. I've always thought guys in trucks are hot, unless the truck is too high.
80. Nate hates trucks, thinks they are a waste.
81. When I'm pregnant I cry over a lot of stupid things, mainly tv shows.
82. I always plan to do the dishes and clean up the kitchen at 12:00 so that I can watch Family Fued and Temptation.
83. Nate is obsessed with shower spray (the stuff you spray on the walls after you shower). Every day he uses it, I'm still not convinced it works.
84. I have an obsession with matching things perfectly, whether it be the cribs in the nursery or the color of a bow and shirt. I'm trying to get over it.
85. Nate has 3 pairs of shoes, I can't imagine only having three pairs of shoes.
86. I have been putting off blogging because this list isn't finished.
87. I don't remember when I started this list but I'm sure it was at least 99 days ago.
88. If it never snowed I would always wear sandals, I love 'em, socks not so much.
89. I shave my arms, I started in Hawaii and once you start you can't stop.
90. I always have two different razors, one is for my legs only and one is for everything else, I still don't really know why.
91. Nine more things to go and I am having a tough time, I'm really digging for anything at this point, is anyone even still reading??
92. Nate and I will have 2 kids before our second wedding anniversary.
93. Whenever I do something cool on the blog, Nate calls me a nerd, and he loves that there is a piece of me that is a nerd.
94. Nate is the most "un-smooth" guy I have ever known, how he dated so much I'll never know. I'll never forget the first time he called me "Hi this is Nate i think I just saw you in traffic" - I did not know who "nate" was.
95. I think I probably could have skipped like a dozen random numbers and no one would have noticed (I didn't).
96. I have a couple secrets that absolutely no one knows and I really mean no one.
97. I'm praying that no one expects me to do this for my 200th blog.
98. Nate says he isn't ticklish but he totally is!
99. I'm done and I'm still not sure if this was a silly waste of time or a piece of history.
100. I have 100 blogs beginning from the day I got married! Woo-hoo!
