And the hunt!

After the bunny we had two different Easter egg hunts. The first at my Dad's office where Macy had a blast (filling my purse as we forgot her basket), Kylie slept through it and Tayla was content with Grandpa once her hands and mouth were full. She couldn't carry two eggs and her sucker but she was not about to let one go so she found a solution; she stuck the sucker in her mouth wrapper and all then was easily able to continue carrying her two eggs! (the pictures aren't that great because of the glare, sorry)







Then we went home to my parents house and had an Easter egg hunt in their backyard. Our friends Wade and Melissa and their adorable daughter Ellie joined us for the hunt and treats that the Easter bunny left in our baskets. Once again Tayla was happy once her hands were full and had no interest in dropiing her eggs in her bag to get more so she held on to them tight and enjoyed swinging while the other kids filled their baskets.



Ellie also took some convincing to get her to fill her bag. She got one egg and wanted to open it and eat the candy not thinking about the fact that she could get more than one and eat it all later!



And Macy had had plenty of practice by this point and ran around filling her bag screaming "More, more!"



And then of course we had the Easter baskets that Tayla was quite exited about.



But she enjoyed some of mom's stuff a little more. We didn't remember to get a family picture but this will have to do.....each one of us on our glorious Easter Saturday, including baby boy:)
